Violation fee schedule
Hosts open their land on trust. When a booking breaks the rules below, the host or an administrator can file a violation. You are notified right away and have 72 hours to dispute it before the fee is charged to the payment method on your booking. Each violation also adds strike points; three points suspend an account for a year.

How a violation is handled
- The host or an administrator files it with a description and any photos.
- You receive an email and an in-app notice with the details and a dispute button.
- If you dispute within 72 hours, an administrator reviews both sides and upholds, dismisses or waives it.
- Upheld or undisputed fees are charged to your saved payment method. If that fails, you can pay from your account page.
