Every host picks one of these policies for each listing. The policy is shown on the listing and on your booking confirmation.
Applies to every booking
- Free cancellation for 24 hours after booking when the trip starts at least 7 days later.
- If a host cancels, you receive a full refund including fees.
- No refunds for weather, harvest results or conditions on the land.
Flexible
Full refund up to 1 day before the trip.
Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before; 50% after that until the trip starts.
Firm
Full refund up to 30 days before; 50% between 7 and 30 days; none inside 7 days.
Strict
50% refund up to 7 days before; none after.
Non-refundable
No refund after the 24-hour grace period. Best paired with a lower price.
